Existing Conditions Surveys are what we do. Our team has years of experience and has a proven history of delivering accurate surveys on time and within budget.
 Explain to us your needs. Be sure to let us know exactly what level of detail you need and when you need your survey completed.  When we understand your needs, we will provide you with a written proposal and a free quote, usually within 24-48 hours.  We diligently try to find historic documents of your building. We search state, local and private archives for blueprints, images, site plans, etc. We often find valuable information during our search and provide you with this at no charge.  Our team begins work on your project and provides you with the most accurate survey possible.  Your survey including all drawings, photographs and video are delivered to your office on C.D. ROM or via the world-wide web. Hard copy drawings can also be delivered. We encourage you to take the drawings to the field, get familiar with the space, verify key dimensions, and be sure that we have provided you with all the information you need. If you would like additional information on the drawings, we will be happy to update the set.
