Cyrax is a portable, PC software and auto-scanning laser system that measures, visualizes and models large structures and sites with an unprecedented combination of speed, completeness and accuracy. You simply orient the scanner toward the scene, select the desired area and measurement density via your laptop, and then auto-scan. Complete surface geometry of exposed structures and sites is remotely captured in minutes in the form of dense, accurate "3D point clouds", ready for immediate use. Cyrax point clouds are a valuable, new "deliverable". They represent a highly detailed, instantaneous 3D "virtual model" of an existing site or structure … complete with survey-grade measurements. As soon as Cyrax has scanned a structure or site, integrated software lets you use the 3D point clouds to rotate and fly around an existing site or structure to view it from any perspective and to dimension between any points. You can also use the 3D point clouds to create wire meshes, 3D models, and 2D drawings for export to popular CAD, rendering or other software. |
