We utilize the latest technology available, along with our highly trained staff to deliver the most accurate existing conditions documentation and as-built surveys.
We understand that it is essential for every project to have an accurate set of existing conditions drawings. We have years of experience and use our patent-pending processes, the latest in today's technology, to provide you with the most accurate surveys possible.
 		   

All of our staff are trained to use the latest technology to insure you get the most accurate survey possible.

1. Laser measuring device with mobile CADD station:
Accurate to 1/64th of an inch. This tool gives us the ability to measure spaces as quickly and accurately as possible. Our Lasers link directly to our mobile CADD station giving us the advantage of creating and drawing in the field.

2. Digital video camera: We provide you with a video walkthrough of the survey. This allows your staff to refer to areas of the site from your office. (video delivered on C.D.)

3. Digital still camera: We take many pictures and provide you with a complete photographic survey. All photos are keyed in on a separate plan for your use. (delivered on C.D.)


4. CADD software: We draw our surveys on AutoCAD 2004, but we can deliver your drawings in any CADD format that you use. (hard copies also available)


5. Photogrammetry: We use the most advanced digital imaging cameras and photo modeling software to capture great detail and convert it to vectored CADD files.

  1. After our proposal is accepted we schedule access to the building with your office.
  2. We measure your space with our lasers and collect all information necessary to suit your needs and create the most accurate drawings possible.
  3. We complete a video walk-through noting important features of your space.
  4. We complete a photo survey and key in photos on a separate photo-key plan.
  5. We deliver the entire package to you (CAD files, photos, video, prints, and CD)
  6. Our team uses ProjectPoint, an Autodesk venture, as our on-line project management environment. You can monitor the progress of your job from your office. Ask for details.
  7. After you receive our package we encourage you to visit the site to be sure we have provided you with the necessary information.
