Engineers

Our mechanical drawings follow standard engineering convention and provide a solid starting point from which building systems design or evaluation can take place. We provide engineers with base plans in which one or all of the building’s mechanical, HVAC, electrical or fire protection systems are accurately documented, or can provide a “clean” architectural set of floor plans which engineers can use for their own building survey effort.

In certain applications, we leverage our laser scan technology to capture sophisticated data from which structural beam or wall deflection can be recorded, providing our clients with critical insight into the building condition.
