City Tech’s Building Blocks Benefit

The Existing Conditions team had the pleasure of donating to and sponsoring City Tech’s first-ever annual Building Blocks Benefit. The event showcased a wide range of projects completed by students, including virtual reality (VR) architectural models, which were explored in detail using Oculus VR glasses. We are happy to support the next generation of architects and look forward to partnering with City Tech in the future.

Case Study

AIA Philadelphia selected Existing Conditions to laser scan and model an estimated 20,000 square feet of space. In order to help the team know their building inside and out, Existing Conditions used 3D laser scanning and BIM to accurately and cost-effectively document the space. The Center of Architecture’s K-through-12 programming has grown exponentially in recent years, prompting an occupied rehab of the existing building.
