This project represents a great deal of the work we do, particularly in the northeast of the United States. 135 Alden Street in Fall River, Massachusetts, is a classic New England masonry textile manufacturing building that emerged in the late 1800s to early 1900s. Inside, it has timber structures, making it perfect for any kind of conversion project.
To meet the demands of this unique structure, we deployed both terrestrial 3D laser scanners and aerial drones for a comprehensive survey of both the interior and exterior of the building. The result was the delivery of an accurate 3D BIM model to our client, providing them with the means to tailor the space to their specific needs.
