Spingarn High School

For this project, Existing Conditions was selected to conduct a comprehensive scan of both the interior and exterior of the building. This particular property posed various hurdles due to its abandoned state as an old school, including a flooded basement, doors securely bolted from the inside, and inaccessible areas.

Despite these obstacles, we completed the scanning of over 230,000 square feet of this space.
