Existing Conditions was selected to document the Dock Square Parking Garage based on our experience and expertise in handling large and complex projects similar to this one.
This project aimed to expand and enhance the existing garage structure. To facilitate this ambitious project, we completed an extensive process of 3D laser scanning and building information modeling. Our deliverables served as a crucial foundation for the architects and engineers to begin their work.
