Columbia University Russ Berrie Medical Science Pavilion
Existing Conditions was selected by Columbia University and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) to document approximately 75,000 square feet of the Russ Berrie Medical Science Pavilion and the Irving Medical Center. The project team needed an accurate BIM model to facilitate a planned renovation and expansion of the school.
The project's significance was heightened by its qualification as a green and sustainable building, under New York's influential Local Law 97, further enhancing our satisfaction in being part of this endeavor.
