Situated in Brookline, Massachusetts, Longwood Towers Apartments is a residential complex featuring classic Gothic towers. These buildings, constructed around the turn of the last century, were in need of a comprehensive exterior envelope survey.
Recognizing the challenge posed by the building's height, Existing Conditions employed not only terrestrial 3D laser scanning but also utilized drones to capture intricate details, particularly in areas where the building had deteriorated. This approach provided invaluable situational awareness to the design team, enabling them to leverage our data to meet their client's needs.
