Minnesota State Office Building
Founded in 1939 under the leadership of Governor Harold Stassen, the Minnesota Department of Administration has played a pivotal role in enhancing state governance and delivering crucial services.
BWBR Architects selected Existing Conditions to document the interior layout of lower and ground levels, levels one through seven, tunnel connections, and the exterior of the building. In total, this comprehensive documentation covered around 300,000 square feet. It notably included intricate tunnel connections that link the Minnesota State Office Building to the U.S. Capitol Building, as well as, the Minnesota Department of Transportation building to the south.
