One of the most significant obstacles to updating the interior was executing the redevelopment while keeping the building operational for its 15,000 tenants during the unforeseen disruptions of a global pandemic. Gensler Chicago required accurate as-built documentation, an architectural/structural model, and an MEP/FP model on a tight deadline.
