Problem: The Divinity School of the University of Chicago, an early 20th-century academic building with Gothic architecture, required accurate as-built documentation for a full renovation. Minimizing disruptions to the daily activities of students and occupants was crucial due to the building's role as an active seminary.

Solution: The University of Chicago, with architect Ann Beha, collaborated with Existing Conditions to conduct a meticulous scanning process of the school. Its Project Managers ensured minimal interference with the building's daily operations while providing detailed 2D CAD drawings, including floor plans, interior elevations, and exterior elevations to facilitate the rehabilitation process.
