South Street Power Station
Situated in the heart of Providence, the South Street Power Station, originally built in 1912 and left abandoned for an extended period, underwent a remarkable revival thanks to DBVW architects and the assistance of Existing Conditions. By providing accurate drawings, Existing Conditions played a crucial role in enabling DBVW architects to rejuvenate the building.
Renamed the South Street Landing, it has emerged as a vibrant hub for the academic community at Brown University. The transformation has attracted other businesses and entities, making a significant and positive impact on the surrounding community.
