The Frick Collection is home to masterpiece works of art from the Renaissance to the 12th century but needed a full architectural and MEP renovation and upgrade. Existing Conditions was hired under a “no bid” contract, based on our experience and portfolio.
The work included a full 3D laser scan and 3D Revit model, at a high level of detail. Our team was able to successfully document the existing conditions to facilitate this once-in-a-generation project.
