The New York Life Building's age entailed a significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems upgrade. The building owner enlisted the help of a New York-based consultancy, Gardiner & Theobald. In turn, they assembled a team of specialists and industry professionals qualified to work on the project. Gardiner & Theobald selected Existing Conditions to provide standard architectural drawings with as much MEP documentation as possible. Our high-quality, accurate documentation was used for a renovation project and a complete mechanical system replacement of the building's lower levels.
