Existing Conditions’ Founder & CEO Retires After Stellar 28-Year Run

Kurt Yeghian Positions Existing Conditions for Continued Growth Upon His Exit
Existing Conditions, a GPRS company, announces the retirement of Founder & CEO Kurt Yeghian, effective August 1, 2025.
Yeghian founded the 3D laser scanning company in 1997 to solve a critical issue in the AEC world: the lack of reliable as-built documentation.
“It seemed strange that such an important part of the project was really being neglected,” said Yeghian. “So, it made sense to start a company that provides this service.”
From landing the first project just hours after the launch of our website in 1999, to high-profile projects at the Museum of Fine Arts, the New York Stock Exchange, and Yale University, Yeghian helped shape Existing Conditions as a national reality capture leader.
