Existing Conditions, a GPRS company, is proud to announce that Boon Bowling, Marketing Segment Leader of Reality Capture, will present a case study at the AIA Dallas Historic Resources Committee meeting on Tuesday, July 15.

The presentation will showcase how Existing Conditions supported the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business in preparing for a major renovation and expansion of three interconnected historic buildings: the Joseph M. “I'm excited to share how we've been able to partner with such a strong and historic institution like SMU and help them move their beautiful campus into the future,” said Bowling.
The Mapping & Modeling Team delivered a 3D Revit model, floor plans, and exterior elevations which supported the client’s design, renovation, and expansion efforts.

Architects, designers, and preservationists can walk away with practical strategies for integrating reality capture into their future projects, freeing them to focus on creativity, design excellence, and preserve what matters most.
