The project at 51 Madison Avenue in New York City came to us via a trusted owner's representative. We had the honor of working on a one-of-a-kind, architectural icon. Designed by architect Cass Gilbert, it was the tallest building in the world when opened in 1929. It was created in a gothic revival style and achieved national landmark status in 1972.

101 Federal Street in Boston was a project that we were proud to work on because we "saved their building," in a sense. The building is an iconic 31 story high rise (381 feet high), designed by storied architecture firm Kohn Peterson Fox. It features a postmodern design with Indiana Limestone exterior panels. Housing some of Boston’s most prestigious firms, the building was completed in 1988 and has been fully occupied since. It was an honor to work on this project and give the owner and their team the data they needed to keep their building in optimal condition.
