The Worcester Art Museum is working to complete extensive renovations, upgrades, and repairs to the 125-year-old historic campus. The scope of the work is immense, and through careful sequencing of projects, the Museum has remained open. The Worcester Art Museum considered hiring an architect to measure the facility but realized traditional methods like tape measures, would be less effective than using advanced 3D laser scanning. For a high-profile project, they needed more precise technology. With the most advanced 3D laser scanners, aerial drones, and decades of experience, the Existing Conditions team provided The Worcester Art Museum with a comprehensive interior and exterior 3D Revit model, 2D CAD drawings, and aerial drone photography, videography, and imagery to facilitate project planning.‍

Using The Montgomery House, a 220-year-old building in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Existing Conditions illustrates how 3D laser scanning, point clouds, and 3D BIM models can be used in historical preservation. Existing Conditions documented approximately 5,000 square feet of the exterior, as well as the interior of the State Room at The William Montgomery House. We utilized the cutting-edge Leica RTC360 3D laser scanner to 3D laser scan in color.

To aid the historical preservation plans for The House of the Seven Gables, Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned and modeled exterior shells of The Turner-Ingersoll Mansion (also known as The House of the Seven Gables), The Retire Beckett House, Hooper-Hathaway House, Nathanial Hawthorne Birthplace, Primm House, and features of the Seaside Colonial Revival Gardens. We also 3D laser scanned the Nathanial Hawthorne Birthplace basement to create a 2D floorplan to assess the challenges related to flood-proofing. Existing Conditions' as-built data will help to identify structural issues, deterioration, and other factors affecting the historical site, and deliver our client, Union Studio, 2D plans and a 3D model to develop architectural designs for restoration.

Existing Conditions was selected to provide 3D laser scanning and construction drone services for the iconic Pinnacle Penthouse at the Woolworth Building, as the purchaser intends to restore portions of the exterior to more closely reflect the original 1913 Cas Gilbert design and finish the interior living space. With the help of Existing Conditions, this blank canvas of architectural history will be transformed into a masterpiece.

Existing Conditions partnered with Northeastern University and LeMessurier to capture accurate building documentation for a series of campus buildings. The first phase began in 2021 when we conducted an exterior scan of the Mugar Life Sciences building. When our clients saw the value of accurate building documentation, we returned for a second phase in 2022 to provide the same deliverables for four additional buildings.

This case study delves into the transformation of 1836 Biscayne Boulevard, an esteemed historic church in Miami, as it evolves into a vibrant retail space and will be integrated into a 40-story residential tower. Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned the site and delivered a 3D Revit model, floor plans, exterior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations.

Existing Conditions worked with Robert A.M. Stern Architects to 3D laser scan and model the New York Historical Society for a building expansion on Central Park West, adding more than 70,000 square feet of program space. The design, highly praised by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, will provide the New York Historical Society with additional classrooms, galleries, collections study areas, and a state-of-the-art compact storage facility for the institution’s renowned Patricia D. Klingenstein Library. “It’s been a privilege to work with the New-York Historical Society to design an expansion of its landmark building, enabling it to extend its broad and vital mission to a growing audience that ranges from local schoolchildren to international visitors,” said Robert A.M. Stern, founder and senior partner of Robert A.M. Stern Architects. “With input from engaged and supportive neighbors and in response to the historic neighboring townhouses, the design of the expansion is sympathetic to the palette and rhythm of the 1908 building and its 1938 additions.”

Partnering with the Suffield Academy and Centerbrook Architects, an existing conditions survey was conducted on eight buildings, including the Tisch Field House, Perry Gymnasium, Tremaine Arts Center, Spencer Hall, Fuller Hall, Jeanice Seaverns Performing Arts Center, Williams Performing Arts Studio, and Guttag Music Center. A drone survey was also conducted on the East Campus, West Campus, Core Campus, and Muddy Brook. The Existing Conditions' scope of work encompassed both interior and exterior documentation of the buildings, including 3D Revit floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), exterior elevations, and roof plans. In addition, a drone survey was conducted to provide an aerial perspective of the buildings, which proved highly beneficial in conjunction with our terrestrial 3D laser scanning of the core campus.

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has undergone several renovations in recent years. Existing Conditions partnered with several project management and architectural firms to 3D laser scan the exterior shell, the iconic Main Trading Room Floor, the Bell Balcony, the Boardroom and the formal spaces surrounding the Boardroom, and levels B & B2. Scanning was performed during nighttime hours to capture the necessary data without interrupting the NYSE's daily activities. Existing Conditions delivered comprehensive interior drawings, including interior elevations, floor plans, and reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) for the clients to use to complete major building renovations.

The Riverside Labs project highlights the collaboration between Existing Conditions, Shawmut Design and Construction & Gensler. By providing comprehensive as-built documentation services both pre and post-demolition, Existing Conditions demonstrated our 3D laser scanning expertise, crucial for the success of this endeavor. A significant challenge for Gensler at Riverside Labs was the availability of accurate and comprehensive digital as-built documentation. Initially equipped with only a basic set of 2D CAD drawings, the project lacked a detailed 3D Revit model, particularly for core and shell components. Our task was to create accurate, as-built drawings and a 3D BIM model by 3D laser scanning the site to prevent future hiccups, especially concerning MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems and structural placements.

Emeritus selected Existing Conditions to capture the essence of this historic residence in Nantucket. Utilizing the Leica RTC360 laser scanner for precise interior and exterior documentation, our team captured the building’s unique non-square, non-plumb, and non-level elements. The high-quality documentation delivered to our client proved invaluable, enabling them to discern the original structure amidst multiple expansions over the years. By accurately capturing the original footprint and layout, the design team can make well-informed decisions to ensure that the renovation respects the property’s historical evolution while enhancing its beauty.

The Elizabeth and Malcolm Chace Wellness and Athletic Center, founded in 2001, is a versatile arena located at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. It serves as the home for the Bryant University Bulldogs' men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the women's volleyball team. In conjunction with Bryant University, Centerbrook Architects selected Existing Conditions to 3D laser scan and 3D model approximately 115,000 square feet within this athletic center. This documentation covered a range of spaces, including the gym, aerobics, and pool areas, all in full color.

Originally built in 1957, Alumni Stadium, home to the Boston College Eagles, has been the site of numerous notable moments in Boston College football history. Existing Conditions was tasked with 3D laser scanning and 3D BIM modeling this 44,500 seat stadium, including the press box and back of house spaces.

Existing Conditions was chosen to perform a detailed exterior 3D laser scan, with a special focus on the roof of the building, to faciliate an envelope survey and the construction of an enhanced helicopter pad for the transportation of patients to this world-class medical facility. The collaboration with the architects and building owners was excellent, and it was very satisfying to deliver work that will play a crucial role in such a significant cause.

The New England Confectionery Company is the oldest candy company in the United States. Spanning a vast 900,000 square feet, this facility bustled with the production of the nostalgic NECCO wafers and conversation candy hearts you have known for decades. Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned the interior and exterior of the facility, providing the new building owner with invaluable point cloud data and 2D CAD floor plans to facilitate the reconfiguration and repurposing of this historic building.‍

Existing Conditions was selected to document the Dock Square Parking Garage based on our experience and expertise in handling large and complex projects similar to this one. This project aimed to expand and enhance the existing garage structure. To facilitate this ambitious project, we completed an extensive process of 3D laser scanning and BIM Building Information Modeling services. Our 3D BIM model and 2D CAD drawings served as a crucial foundation for the architects and engineers to begin their work.

This famous institution, with a small urban campus in the North End of Boston, played an important role in the American Revolution. By the 21st century, there was a need to understand and document the aging buildings for preservation, but also the need to relate the numerous floor-level changes connecting the church, Parish House, and Visitor Center for accessibility updates. Existing Conditions partnered with the Trustees of the church and Elkus Manfredi Architects to provide a full 3D laser scan and 3D BIM model of all buildings on campus. The data was used for historic preservation and accessibility update redesigns. Our expertise provided the base data for the architectural drawings necessary for these updates and ongoing facility management.

For this transformative project, Existing Conditions was selected to complete a 3D laser scan of both the interior and exterior of the building, documenting approximately 50,000 square feet of space. This property, once a cherished monastery for the Poor Clare Nuns, held deep sentimental value, making the renovation and conversion process especially significant. Following the nuns' move to a new location, our client embarked on a respectful journey to transform this old church into modern multi-family housing. The 3D Revit model and 2D CAD drawings Existing Conditions provided will be utilized for the redevelopment study, propelling the vision of this revered property's future.

Throughout the entirety of the project, we maintained a strong and close partnership with the architects from Office JDY and collaborated closely with the Director of Facilities at Riverdale Country School. This collaborative effort was instrumental in ensuring the overall success of the project. In the course of our work, our team meticulously 3D laser scanned 300,000 square feet of space with the Leica RTC360 and NavVis VLX, which spanned across 17 buildings located on both the Hill and River campuses.

The Missouri State Capitol building was built in 1917 and designed by New York architecture firm Tracy and Swartwout. Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned the exterior of the building, including the roof, and provided a 3D Revit model to be used for the restoration of the historic exterior.

This exquisite Cathedral built in 1838, made of Connecticut Brownstone, was in immediate need of a full exterior renovation. Years of weather and corrosion had taken its toll on this iconic part of the Providence skyline. Partnering with the Diocese of Providence and renowned architectural firm DBVW, Existing Conditions deployed advanced terrestrial 3D laser scanning equipment, along with our fleet of aerial drones, to safely and quickly provide the team with unprecedented situational awareness of a large building and deliver 2D CAD drawings of superior quality to be used as a basis for the exterior restoration.

Nestled at 39 Dalton Street in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, the Sheraton Boston Hotel stands as one of Boston's most recognized buildings. Over the course of several years, we were entrusted with the task of completing a comprehensive 3D laser scan and 3D BIM model of this structure. The scope of this project encompasses a dual-purpose transformation, where some portions of the building will retain their hotel functionality, while others are being converted into college dormitories for Northeastern University. Our involvement in this project proved to be extremely rewarding, as we were able to work closely with the building owners and their representatives, as well as the architects. This collaborative effort enabled us to gain a deep understanding of their unique requirements and deliver a comprehensive set of 2D as-built drawings, incuding floor plans and reflected ceiling plans, that met their needs.

As the property of the late Colonel Oliver Hazard Payne, this estate boasts a rich and interesting history. Instead of relying on outdated paper drawings, our client chose Existing Conditions to 3D laser scan six buildings located on the 150-acre historic property. By utilizing the accurate documentation we provided, including a 3D Revit model, 2D as-built drawings, and drone imagery, our client successfully initiated their work with a precise and reliable starting point.

Our work with Williams College is one of Existing Conditions' largest projects to date. This collaboration with one of the most prestigious institutions in the United States began in 2015. After seeing the power of what Existing Conditions could provide for them for a single building, Williams College selected our team to 3D laser scan the entire campus of over 4 million square feet using the latest LiDAR technology and provide them with accurate 2D drawings of all their spaces.

For nearly a decade, Existing Conditions has been working on the Sterling Memorial Library on the Campus of Yale University, a historic academic Gothic structure, collaborating closely with local architects. Our journey commenced with a comprehensive exterior 3D laser scan, which served as the foundation for a full exterior 3D BIM model. However, what truly captured the attention and enthusiasm of both Yale University's Facilities Department and our partner architects was the profound utility of laser scanning, and the resulting building information model. This revelation marked the inception of an enduring, decade-long endeavor, during which we've consistently introduced new components to the building, seamlessly integrating them into the existing structure.

The New York Life Building's age triggered a significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems upgrade. The building owner enlisted the help of a New York-based consultancy, Gardiner & Theobald. In turn, they assembled a team of specialists and industry professionals qualified to work on the project. Gardiner & Theobald selected Existing Conditions to provide 3D laser scanning services and deliver standard architectural drawings with as much MEP documentation as possible. Our high-quality, accurate building documentation was used for this renovation project and a complete mechanical system replacement of the building's lower levels.

In preparation for renovations, the Architectural Firm Spagnolo Group Architecture (SGA) selected Existing Conditions to 3D laser scan Independence Wharf at 470 Atlantic Avenue, a bustling mixed-use office building encompassing approximately 335,000 square feet of space. Leveraging a combination of cutting-edge 3D laser scanning technologies, our expert team efficiently captured the building's as-built details, delivering a 3D Revit model, 2D CAD drawings, and drone survey, enabling our clients to begin their renovation endeavors with accurate data.

101 Federal Street, a renowned 31-story high-rise in the financial district of Boston, Massachusetts, designed by Kohn Peterson Fox, features a postmodern design with Indiana Limestone exterior panels. Following the demolition approval of a neighboring parking garage, a national real estate developer planned to construct a new mixed-use tower of similar size located approximately 10 feet from 101 Federal Street. To mitigate the risk of damage, the building owners selected Existing Conditions to conduct a pre-construction 3D laser scan survey, providing crucial situational awareness of their multi-million dollar asset in light of the impending construction project. This allowed our client to understand the building in both a 3D and 4D manner.

The South Street Station is an historic electrical power generation station at 360 Eddy Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Situated in the heart of Providence, the South Street Power Station, originally built in 1912 and left abandoned for an extended period, underwent a remarkable revival thanks to DBVW Architects and the assistance of Existing Conditions. By providing accurate 3D laser scanning services to generate 2D drawings, Existing Conditions played a crucial role in enabling DBVW Architects to rejuvenate the building. Renamed the South Street Landing, it has emerged as a vibrant hub for the academic community at Brown University. The transformation has attracted other businesses and entities, making a significant and positive impact on the surrounding community.

Fort Warren, situated on Georges Island in Boston Harbor, boasts a rich history spanning over a century and a varied role in national defense. The construction, which commenced in 1833 and underwent multiple adaptations driven by evolving warfare technology, culminated around World War II. The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) often faces tight design schedules from when a project is funded to when the project needs to go out to bid. This trend is expected to persist for the next two decades, with numerous independent projects slated for Fort Warren. Given the substantial size of the fort, hand-measuring the existing site would have been a nearly impossible task. Especially considering elements like non-perpendicular walls and arches, obtaining accurate measurements would have been highly challenging. McGinley Kalsow & Associates, Inc. selected Existing Conditions to deliver reliable Revit files and detailed as-built drawings of the entire fort. Our state-of-the-art 3D laser scan and BIM modeling technology provided accurate information about the irregular geometry. These resources proved to be invaluable to designers working on specific sections of the fort for various projects.

Founded in 1920, Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business is located in University Park, Texas. Our team 3D laser scanned and modeled three buildings totaling 157,000 square feet, providing the University with accurate as-built information for facilities management, space planning, and future renovations.

Built in 1928, this 26-story building, and the most iconic in the state, was once the headquarters of the Industrial Trust Company and most recently home to Bank of America. Standing 428 feet tall, 111 Westminster St. has been vacant since 2013. To prepare for the restoration of this historic building, Existing Conditions was selected to provide 3D laser scanning services to deliver a 3D Revit model, 2D as-built drawings, and drone imagey for over 450,000 square feet of space.

Founded in 1939 under the leadership of Governor Harold Stassen, the Minnesota Department of Administration has played a pivotal role in enhancing state governance and delivering crucial services. BWBR Architects selected Existing Conditions to 3D laser scan the interior layout of lower and ground levels, levels one through seven, tunnel connections, and the exterior of the building. In total, this comprehensive as-built documentation covered around 300,000 square feet. It notably included intricate tunnel connections that link the Minnesota State Office Building to the U.S. Capitol Building, as well as, the Minnesota Department of Transportation Building to the south. Existing Conditions delivered a 3D Revit model, 2D CAD, floor plans, exterior elevations, and roof plan to BWBR Architects.

For this project, Spingarn High School in Washington, D.C., Existing Conditions was selected to conduct comprehensive as-built documentation of the building interior and exterior. This particular property posed various hurdles due to its abandoned state as an old school, including a flooded basement, doors securely bolted from the inside, and inaccessible areas. Despite these obstacles, we completed 3D laser scanning of over 230,000 square feet of space. The historic school building is being reconfigured to house the new DC Infrastructure Academy (DCIA) training center.

The American Museum of Natural History, located in Theodore Roosevelt Park, planned to expand their campus and required documentation of existing buildings before starting construction. Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned six existing buildings and our clients were given precise as-built documentation of their property with point cloud data, a 3D Revit model, and 2D as-built drawings.

Existing Conditions was selected by Columbia University and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) to 3D laser scan approximately 75,000 square feet of the Russ Berrie Medical Science Pavilion and the Irving Medical Center. The project team needed an accurate 3D BIM model to facilitate a planned renovation and expansion of the school. The project's significance was heightened by its qualification as a green and sustainable building, under New York's influential Local Law 97, further enhancing our satisfaction in being part of this endeavor.

Securing this contract was no small feat, given the strong competition from several 3D laser scanning companies. Ultimately, we were selected due to our experience, expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and proven ability to successfully execute projects of this nature, delivering accurate results. The Existing Conditions team collaborated closely with the Department of Capital Asset Management of the State of Massachusetts, as well as their team of architects, engineers, and the on-site facility management from the college. We executed an interior and exterior 3D laser scan of the building, delivering an accurate 3D building information model to our clients. This comprehensive 3D BIM model was then used to facilitate a substantial upgrade to the building, effectively elevating life safety measures and improving the overall building occupant experience.

The Hispanic Society of America in New York City has made a significant impact to understand the Hispanic history and culture in the United States since its founding in 1904. This project came to us through one of our long-term clients, the architectural firm Beyer Blinder Belle. This historic building required significant renovations. To complete the design work of this landmark, Beyer Blinder Belle recommended our 3D laser scanning firm to the Hispanic Society of America. We completed a full 3D laser scan of the property and delivered a complete 3D Revit model including, floor plans, a roof plan, exterior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and a plaza plan.

Situated in Brookline, Massachusetts, Longwood Towers Apartments is a residential complex 11 stories tall featuring classic Gothic towers. These buildings, constructed around the turn of the last century, were in need of a comprehensive exterior envelope survey. A comprehensive exterior envelope survey, also known as a building envelope condition survey, is a detailed inspection of a building's exterior to assess its condition and identify any issues that may require repair. Recognizing the challenge posed by the building's height, Existing Conditions employed not only terrestrial 3D laser scanning but also utilized aerial drone imagery to capture intricate details, particularly in areas where the building had deteriorated. This reality capture approach provided invaluable situational awareness to the design team to evaluate the building and address any potential issues that might require repair or replacement.

The Little Building in Boston, Massachusetts known as the "City Under One Roof," was a pioneering structure when constructed in the early 1900s. Initially, a land surveyor was hired by Elkus Manfredi Architects for architectural drawings, but they recommended the Existing Conditions team for 3D laser scanning instead. Faced with significant deterioration, Existing Conditions created a Building Information Model of the occupied building's exterior shell and interior. The extensive renovation plans involved demolishing the four exterior walls while preserving the columns and floor slabs, resulting in a complete redesign. Over a decade, this ambitious project successfully preserved the building's historical significance while creating a lively and eco-friendly urban environment.

Built in 1876, the Woburn Public Library is a National Historic Landmark designed by HH Richardson. Since the library originally opened, Woburn’s population has more than quadrupled and the existing 19,700 square foot library was no longer able to accommodate the city’s expanding needs. Existing Conditions performed 3D laser scanning services to create a 3D Revit model that was used for a 35,000 square foot addition completed in 2019.

Existing Conditions was on-site at Alewife Station in Cambridge, MA, working alongside Simpson Gumpertz Heger Engineers and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MBTA. In response to a recent incident involving the collapse of a large piece of concrete onto the glass atrium, we were called upon to provide construction-grade 3D laser scanning to help facilitate repairs.

The historic Worcester Memorial Auditorium and DBVW Architects selected Existing Conditions based on our experience and portfolio to complete a full 3D laser scan of the property. Located in Lincoln Square, this building was built in 1933 to commemorate the sacrifices of Worcester citizens during war times. To prepare for future renovations, Existing Conditions 3D laser scanned the interior and exterior of the building, which had been vacant for over 20 years. Existing Conditions utilized the Faro laser scanner for this project and documented over 100,000 square feet of space.

Existing Conditions successfully 3D laser scanned a combined area of 132,000 square feet, comprised of four historical buildings spanning across two properties, along with a pedestrian bridge. The thorough as-built documentation provided our clients with an unparalleled understanding of their property to begin redevelopment. This newfound situational awareness empowered them to begin their renovation project with confidence.

The Maryland Zoo lacked accurate as-built documentation for many of its buildings, including historic items like fountains, the Old Elephant House, and the Round Stand. Additionally, newer structures like the Giant Tree in the Maryland Wilderness posed difficulties in documentation due to their unique materials. Restoring the Crise Fountain had to rely on old photographs as no drawings were available. The partnership between the Maryland Zoo and Existing Conditions has greatly facilitated repairs and proved a more cost-effective and accurate alternative to hand drawings. Existing Conditions successfully 3D laser scanned approximately 176,425 square feet, encompassing various areas such as the Old Elephant House, Round Stand, Mansion House, Maryland Building, and more. Existing Conditions' comprehensive scan-to-BIM efforts aimed to accurately document the structures and areas of interest at the Maryland Zoo, including conducting a drone survey of Celebration Hill.

An accident involving a construction vehicle resulted in the toppling of a historic stone structure and wrought iron gate at the entrance of the Rough Point Museum in Newport, Rhode Island. Fortunately, Existing Conditions possessed comprehensive as-built information about the gate's original appearance before the incident. Additionally, Existing Conditions conducted 3D laser scans of the damaged pieces post-accident. This data proved invaluable to the architect and preservation team, enabling them to meticulously restore the gate to its former glory, replicating its pre-accident state.

Existing Conditions was proud to partner with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin to complete the Lechmere Viaduct Rehabilitation project, which plans to strengthen the structure of the 110-year-old viaduct to handle heavier loads, increase train frequency, and preserve its historic facade. The Lechmere Viaduct has connected Boston and East Cambridge, Massachusetts, since its opening in 1912. We provided our 3D laser scanning services to a nonprofit community organization. We were particularly proud to work on this project as we had previously worked on significant projects nearby. The viaduct is located adjacent to Boston's Museum of Science. We desired to share our expertise and aid the community group in obtaining grant funding to enhance this iconic piece of Boston's architecture.

The collaboration with Existing Conditions commenced at Barnard College, where our initial task involved the 3D laser scanning of 147,000 square feet within Altschul Hall. To accomplish this, we deployed two 3D laser scanning teams, each responsible for capturing point cloud data from the corridors on their respective floors and interior spaces. In parallel, a third team concentrated on 3D laser scanning the building's exterior. Our planning process was meticulous, as we strategically assigned specific rooms and floors to each team, guaranteeing comprehensive existing conditions documentation across the entirety of the structure. This well-coordinated approach was instrumental in ensuring the acquisition of precise and accurate 3D data for the project to create a custom 3D Revit model and 2D CAD drawings.

135 Alden Street is a planned redevelopment project of the former Flint Mills textile factory into a luxury mixed-use complex, set to comprise over 200 residential units and a self-storage facility. An enormous building totaling more than 400,000 square feet, the property is the final and largest of the area’s major redevelopments and is considered the crown jewel of Fall River’s historic mills. Residential units will maintain elements of the mill’s historic character, including its high ceilings, exposed beams, and beautiful stone work. Working closely with The Goldman Group, we deployed both terrestrial 3D laser scanners and aerial drones for a comprehensive as-built survey of both the interior and exterior of the building. Existing Conditions delivered a 3D BIM model and 2D CAD drawings to this client, providing them with accurate data to design the space to their specific needs.

The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida sought the services of Existing Conditions to conduct a 3D laser scan survey of their distinctive establishment. This colorfully decorated hotel boasts slightly over 79 rooms, each including its own individual charm and uniqueness. Our expert team scanned 125,000 square feet of the property, delivering the essential as-built documentation, point cloud data, 3D BIM model, and 2D CAD drawings to our client.

Established in 1899, The Hackley School stands as a distinguished private college preparatory institution. Existing Conditions was chosen to 3D aser scan the main building of the esteemed institution's campus, encompassing 85,000 square feet, and to provide a 3D BIM model, including over 100 interior elevations.
